Your Instructor
Laura Crosson, RYT-200
Laura has been a registered yoga teacher (200 RYT) since 2014 and has experience teaching a variety of styles of yoga from slow grounded practices with a focus on mindfulness to power practices focused on building heat and strength.
Over the past year, Laura has incorporated somatic practices into therapy spaces to facilitate a greater sense of awareness and acceptance. Somatic yoga aims to increase mind-body connection through gentle movement, breathwork, and awareness.
